1. Choose your layout
Recommended: consider adding a shower door or screen. With an open walk-in, water and steam can reach the vanity over time — a door or screen helps protect it.

A separate kitchen renovation: new cabinetry, a melamine benchtop, hazard control and removal of the old cabinetry. By default the existing wall tiles are kept and walls patched where possible, so the asbestos is left undisturbed (no removal). Flooring is excluded.
